My wife just called and said CNN is saying that this is a mandate. God help us all.
(btw, on Monday, when things were looking Kerry – MSNBC was talking that Kerry would need to reach over and bring in Repubs to his cabinet – I am sure they will say the same thing about Bush. He will need to reach over and bring in Repubs).

3. Every time we hear or see the word mandate we need |
|
to fire off a letter or an email to someone. Do it! Remind the media and our fellow Americans that more people voted against a sitting president than have ever done so before. Keep plugging away at it or within two months we'll hear he won in a landslide. Say it early and often.

4. Bush has a mandate. He "won" the popular vote. |
|
Be careful what you wish for. There is no way the Dems can be blamed for the next four years of decline.

6. Bush got the smallest % win |
|
of any incumbent pResident "re"elected and he had more votes against him than any other sitting pResident - hardly a mandate, but that is moot because look what he did when he got less votes than the other guy - but of course he got less votes this time - we just can't prove it.
