4. Is there a "best guess" for the magnitude of the number of votes affected
in Ohio?

Thank you very much Berniew1, it's lifting to the spirits to see the documentation piling up despite the efforts to prevent it.

9. Dr. Phillips did some numbers for Ohio and Hout & myself did some for Flo
Dr. Richard Phillips did some estimates of numbers for his case in the Arnebeck suit, and I checked a few of his numbers; and further supported them with EIRS cases.
http://northnet.org/mistrel/alpage.htm

Dr. Houts team from Univ. of California did an analysis just for the touch screen counties that showed a swing of 130,000 to 230,000 in those counties in Florida. I did some rough numbers based on my study http://www.flcv.com/fla04EAS.html of 2000 and 2004 election results by county and registrations by party between the elections.
I also did a more detailed study of Palm Beach County, one of the big 3 in Florida with problems.
http://www.flcv.com/pbpranal.html
http://www.flcv.com/pbvsum.html
http://www.flcv.com/pbresults.html

My numbers were comparable to the Hout study, but perhaps a little more. As much as 100,000 in Broward(the worst) and in Dade(the biggest) and about 50,000 in Palm Beach(also very bad). And much problems in other big counties and touch screen counties like Hillsboro, Pinellas, Orange, Duval, etc.
My numbers are very rough so far, I hope to go into more detail if I get time; and look at the worst county(Broward) where S.O.E. has made it hard to get the data. I've been asking for data on DU but no success.

7. The Calif. study did some numbers by regression for Florida
And I've done some rough calculations. I have a background in statistics, logic, and numerical analysis. Have taught at Universities, now work for Gov't agency.

But doing numbers requires a lot of work and careful assumptions.
I've done a detailed analysis for one county in Florida, had trouble getting data for another I wanted to do.

Dr. Richard Phillips has done some numbers for Ohio, as part of his affidavit in the Arnebeck suit.

There is a need to put my info and his together for Ohio.

But irregardless, there was a huge amount of obvious fraud, malfeasance, misfeasance, partisanship of officials and poll workers thats well documented and affected huge numbers of votes. So this election and the current system is extremely tainted. It will take a lot of effort and some major changes to get back to a democratic election system in U.S. Too much money and partisanship, and not enough citizen concern to control it.
Other countries don't have such.
Foreign observers note U.S. election doesn't come close to meeting U.N. standards for democratic election.

6. I am from Hamilton County and I noticed multiple incidents reported for
the polling location at God's Bible School in Mt. Auburn. This is an extremely caucasian/partisan location for an overwhelmingly African American precinct demographic. It would be interesting to find out who the poll workers were.

8. Here are some cases, and summary of what they mean
053997
God's Bible School Gym (Alburn Ave), Cincinnati, Hamilton County,
Board of Elections provided wrong voting location on voter registration card. She (senior citizen) was turned away.

She went home, phoned the board, was given new location. She went there and was able to vote. It was the same situation with her son Ivan Jones.
****************

054306
Absentee-ballot related problem
god's bible, cincinatti, hamilton County, Ohio
Never rec'd absentee ballot. denied regular vote.

054015
Registration-related problem
God's Bible School Gym, Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio
Was not on list at poll, was offered a provisional ballot, but went to Board of Elections to vote

Likely was on the roll but told otherwise by poll worker. But these 2 had perseverance and confidence to buck the system and vote, with some extra effort. Most didn't.

for virtually all who were "turned away" or voted provisional ballot, its clear that was due to misfeasance or malfeasance by poll workers, who had access to the proper place for these eligible voters to vote at- but didn't want their vote to count.

There were also late changes to polling places in minority precincts without notification, misinformation about polling places, bias in registrations and absentees, systematic dirty tricks to tell the voters the wrong precinct to go to, poorly signed and lighted precincts, too few machines in minority precincts(physically impossible for them all to vote), systematically broken machines in minority precincts. Huge obstical course for a minority in Ohio to go through to vote successfully.
( and similar for Florida, etc., etc.)
