I mean, I understand the whole "no player is above the team" concept, but damn! Especially after what Troy Brown did for them this year. All I can think is that his agent was being outrageous in negotiations.

It seems like they'd keep him not just for being a versatile player, but for "veteran team leader" purposes too, something a little more symbolic. The "business" side is really taking over, just look at all the players in the league being cut as cap casualties!
