My daughter and I dined at our local university's Student Center at where the Hare Krishna guys serve a cheap but very delicious vegan lunch.

I'm telling you, those dudes can cook! Very creative dishes.

I'm going to try to locate a Hare Krishna cookbook on the Internet when I get home.

I hear they serve lunches at many major universities around the country.

many years ago in Miami. I do remember the food was good. And it was free.

I know they cook with ghee alot and that is clarified butter.

I've had their food before and it is very tasty. I love Indian food.
