Corned Beef - Crock Pot or Stove or Oven? |
|
I have a corned beef brisket I want to make today to make the house smell good (and to eat).
What's your best suggestion of how to cook it so it's tender and juicy and yummy?

2. If you're in the US, it's between 4:39 and 7:39 as you post |
|
and that means if you want to eat the sucker before midnight, it'll have to be either braised on the stove top or roasted in the oven.
The crock pot will have it ready for breakfast.

I opted for the stovetop out of expediency, and just had a sandwich, yum! But I put the rest back in to continue hoping it'll get more tender
