Anyone else buy "Smart Chicken"? |
|
My supermarket recently started carrying a brand of chicken called Smart Chicken. The main difference between Smart Chickens and regular grocery store chickens is in the packing. Regular chicken is packed with water, which I guess dilutes the taste. Smart Chicken is all chicken. And it is much tastier than what I normally get at the grocery. Also only about .20 more per pound. Well worth it for the extra taste.
I used to not like chicken much. I found it bland. But with the Smart Chicken, I make chicken almost weekly. I know I sound like an ad, but it really is better.

1. Well, I hope you take the blame when chickens rule the earth then. |

And they have an organic Smart Chicken now, too, so that makes me happy.
Mostly, though, I buy Bell & Evans at the specialty grocers.

4. Central Market in Texas carries Smart Chicken, but I have not bought |
|
it yet.
CM's basic chicken is above average anyway and I usually get 2 pounds free of boneless breasts every so often through their wonderful coupons,so I have not tried the other for that reason.
