what's up with that?

1955, Waltham Mass. 8:30PM (yes I'll be 50 this year)

1. for what it's worth...
it's a low level penumbral eclipse with a magnitude of 0.890 - barely visible, if at all.

i'm curious, how do astrologers interpret that?
