2. These psychics sure psuck...

I always get a kick out of seeing last year's failed predictions every January, but I'm easily amused and pretty stupid.

Here are some predictions for last year by self-proclaimed psychics:

Oh and theres goin to be some kind of important shipwreck, or finding of a wreck near India I think. And this will have Jewels and old coins, and there will also be some kind of link to a giant squid, don't know where that comes in though, I think that might be two predictions muddled up! And this will perhaps be between March and May time.

WHY did you have to tease me with the giant squid? Details, dammit!

...I have a strong feeling for a while now that a tragic event will befall the Royal Family in the UK around late February/early March of next year.

...I feel there will be a rather large earthquake (at least a 5.7) somewhere in the tri state area that will really rock NYC and Long Island. I feel this will happen towards the end of this year or the beginning of the next.

1. Flooding and property destruction in Europe sometime in May or June.
2. Earthquake in the US.
3. Massive typhoons (3) in the US.
4. Massive flooding in China.
5. Landslides in South America.
6. A few big companies will go bust in Europe, Japan, and USA.
7. Price of oil will go down to 40.
8. China will dominate world affairs.
9. A king will die. More popular personalities will also say good bye in March and April.
10. Microsoft will weaken.
11. Birdflu will rear its ugly head..and panic will ensue.

My prediction is simply one that has come to me. It relates to the lovely country and western singer Dolly Parton. I feel that during the latter half of this year she will be diagnosed with a sadly terminal illness that will shock the Nation. Her demise will be rapid following her diagnosis.

A quick web-check shows that ol' Dolly seems to be alive, well and pretty chipper here in 2008.

Prophet Mohamed says to me that the world shall be free of war and sufference by the year 3000.

OK, which one of you wise-asses posted this response? I wish I had...

Can you please ask the Prophet about the year 4321 AD? I heard that something really nasty will go down that year and that makes me nervous. I would like to know some details about that year, not just vague rumors. Thanks.
