DU grassroots communication with John Kerry? Is that possible?

I was reading over the mission statement of the John Kerry group earlier and found this interesting tidbit...

"We will also support a grassroots communication with him so that he continues to speak for the 55 million who voted for him."

How exactly is DU and the JK group supporting "grassroots communication" with John Kerry? I think that this is an excellent idea and if we aren't currently doing anything about it, we should definitely try.

With the imminent unveiling of the new "Keeping America's Promise" PAC, I think the online community represented here at the JK group should have a way to speak directly to the Senator if possible.

What do you guys think?
