I'm glad you have this now as a memory of your time with Andy. Where was it taken? It looks like the Hamptons somewhere.

Andy would love what's going on now with Libby, et al -- not to mention Noe in Ohio. I'm sure he's smiling down on all of us and saying "This is the beginning of the end."

8. the libby emails were uncovered just a few days before he passed on

and i got to tell him about it, i promised him it was leading to the beginning of the end of cheney and rove. he was so happy to hear that.
and the ohio thing- yeah that was near and dear to him. he spent the weekend before surgery doing a teach in there even though he was very sick.
all week i've been thinking he's out there somewhere smiling, and then ted sends me this picture.

9. I finally got my photos back from DC

Well, on roll at least. There was a mix-up with the other roll -- long story. But I should have it back this week. I have a nice one of you, me and DG. As soon as I have a chance, I'll scan it and post it on the KOEB.

I can't imagine how he is finding the strength to get through this, but I imagine part of it is from his being able to share his memories and love of Andy with friends like you.
