1. No offense, but why should we care?
You said this was a "feel good" fact, so I'm trying to guess why I should feel good about one millionaire selling a big house to another millionaire.

Honestly, I'm not trying to be bitchy. I'm seriously trying to figure out why I should feel good about this. Maybe more info is necessary?

3. I don't know how to use those little things that show sarcasm
doesn't it make you feel good that such gigantic talents are so spectacularly remunerated, contribute so much to society that they can live like that.

damn those greedy teachers, cops, nurses, transportation workers, hotel workers, etc., who DARE to monkeywrench things by striking, demonstrating, and stuff

7. Ahhhh... I see.
LOL!

I very much thought there might be a twist - like that Costner sold it to Seacrest who gave it to orphans or something.

But, I see that my question was appropriate. :hi:

2. One question:
Who are these people? I hope one is a rich person and the other a homeless one, and the rich person sold his home to the poor one for a dollar or something like that.

5. I could care less...however....
I do love how Stephanie Miller is always making remarks about Ryan Seacrest on her program and his "two parking spots"
