Whats up with the Iranian Oil Bourse?
I haven't seen anything about it recently. Wasn't it supposed to start up mid-march?

A new building under construction on Iran's Kish Island. The island's free trade zone is the alleged location for the up-coming Iranian oil bourse.

on edit: I replaced the caption to the photograph, not the actual building of the bourse, but a building on the island where the bourse is supposed to be located. Caught my own assumption, damn I'm usually pretty good with details. :silly:
