Fox News just now: Karl Rove is much more DANGEROUS now
I had a pretty long day at work, and needed a laugh when I got home. I flipped the channel to Fox News just in time to see John Gibson claiming that Karl Rove is much more "dangerous" to his political opponents now that he's back in his old political job. Only at Fox News is a demotion considered making someone "dangerous". When you think of Karl Rove, is the first word you think of is dangerous?

Personally, I think of weasel:

Thanks Fox, I really needed a belly laugh!

31. Hasn't he only been the policy czar for a year?
I was wondering if this also demoted him from being able to construct any other kind of policy.

5. I think they mean he'll crawl out from under his rock and start telling
lies to news media and have some FBI butt buddy of his start asking questions about dems and then put out stories that they are under investigation. That's been his MO.

3. Karl Rove, promoted to Brig. General in War to Save Christmas and Eastar
I'm surprised Gibson didn't get more creative on his commentary.

7. The Skunk Bear, or Glutton comes to mind...
also known as the Wolverine. The weasel is far too sleek and graceful to be compared to a porker like the estimable Mr. KKKarl Rove.

29. Hey! Stop this trash-talk immediately!!!
Wolverines are OUR FRIENDS. They are solitary animals who DO NOT tolerate idiots. They would far more quickly attack a Repuke than they would a normal person!! :P

He has no moral compass to prevent him from destroying people for political gain (no matter how small). Just ask Joe and Valerie Wilson.

25. I'm sure Karl's been doing nothing but
partisan political scheming since he's been in the white house...but, damn, it seems so ballsy how every single news outlet just calmly states that kkk will be focusing all his time on politics because of the upcoming mid term elections.

14. How dare you call that creature a weasel...
Edited on Wed Apr-19-06 05:03 PM by Ecumenist
We here at the "Weasel Appreciation Society" take exception to your bestowing the name on such a low level and slimey life form. Weasel folk are fine upstanding sorts, who actually hunt for their sustenance, while that "creature" is a parasite on the body politic of the United States. The most that can be ascribed to that "creature" is one step below scavenger. :hi:

That being said....He ain't exactly been hitting anything out of a ballpark working for the most idiotic thing to disgrace the White House. Hell, he's not even a good liar---note the Plame affair..

18. Rove isn't going to be in this position long. Fitz is going to charge him

This move is simply designed to give the White House some distance from him when he is indicted.

Watch for it!

I STILL think that's why he's being distanced from the Prez!

made myself :puke: !

Hopefully, KKKarl will have too many of his own problems to worry about, but I'm not going to hold my breath. His day will come, we just might not get to see it.

35. Karl Rove's greatest success is making us all believe he's something to...
worry about.

Given the current status of the WH and GOP, he's never really been powerful. Politically, he's a disaster.
