Webber grills (except the cheapest model) are made in the USA. I needed a smoker. They were going to ship Fed Ex. I said I want UPS, and they said sure.

1. Nice one Steve...
we need to do that more often. I do it with telemarket and tech support, I ask for a person who's first language is English. Most have a call center located in the states for people like us.

2. Good for you and good for them!
Both for agreeing to ship UPS, and also for manufacturing the majority of their grills here.

(I didn't even know that UPS is union and FedEx isn't -- so thanks for the info.)

The US Post office is union, so is UPS and DHL
