AC360 panel has nothing but good things to say about Obama 11/5 |
|
Even I think the hyperbole was a bit over the top. But even the GOP panelists were ebullient on Obama.

3. It's very simple, really... |

...and I don't think the pundits know what to make of him yet. Barack Obama IS a transformational figure, and he is going to change the way governance is done. The sheer power of his grassroots movement is going to involve the American people in their own government in ways that have NEVER been seen.
I think what we have here, to put it as simply as I can, is a synthesis of Reagan and JFK - (Reagan's enormous power in the grassroots + JFK's call to service) x BOTH men's outstanding abilities to communicate and inspire = A TOTAL transformation of how Governing is done.

4. Obama's was perhaps the best-crafted campaign in history |
|
He chose the BEST people to advise him-- they can run circles around Rove's ugly campaign tactics (even though Rove got what he wanted-- ultimately what he created self-destructed). How can we go wrong with honesty, hopefulness, and a willingness to make it work on our side??
