4. This is in Obama's court. If he wants to support the rule of law, then he needs |
|
to be front and center in pushing this investigation. If Obama is behind it, the Democratic controlled Congress will investigate. Turley does not call for new policy, just implementation of existing law. I hope he is the next justice on the Supreme Court.

7. What's the political motivation? |
|
Mr. Turley and Ms. Maddow did a great job of analysis here, as usual. But I am not clear on what the political motivation IS, for Democrats to not prosecute these issues? What am I missing?

8. Question is, what are Dems missing? |
|
answer is, balls ...
I am a Dem based on philosophy by a WIDE margin. And, there is no doubt that at the national level, Rs in mass are complete and total frauds incapable of the small level of personal introspection necessary to know it.
But, the Ds are better by a mile only in the context of the Rs being THAT bad.
The Ds are not wired to be complete and total facists like the Rs are, but they Ds are still pols, and their own skin still rates higher than doggedly pushing for what is right. A D is less likely to be a scumbag, but still is very modestly motivated to do proactively deal with tough issues.

If Obama and Co. walk away from prosecuting for all of the wrongs that have been done they are no better than * and Co. It is time for a serious third party candidate .. I know I cannot vote for anyone who, for political expediency allow this to go unpunished "for he good of the country" ..It is NOT GOOD for the country.
