3. Are you referring to the fact he was alone with a 25 year old female -

perhaps in bed with that 25 year old female at the time of his death. She delayed calling for help causing many to speculate that she first had to get dressed and then had to try to figure out some way to hide the truth of their relationship. Maybe the secret service guy helped put his pants back on him.
