20. You know, some of Biden's attraction comes from his supporters

A good man attracts good people. I had no idea who Biden was prior to the election campaign, and kind of took the temperature on the guy by seeing who supported him and how they chose to present him, in addition to seeing how Biden himself did things. No doubt he came out on top in both areas. It's reassuring to have a Senator like this 'up there', especially in times like this.

21. sigh...I was really hoping for a good showing for Biden...

It was disappointing to see him only get 26 supporters at the precinct they showed on CSPAN (57 were needed for viability - the 15% threshold)

As others have said, he's a class act. I, too will miss him in the debates. He added a lot to the conversation, and I'm sure he'll continue to do so.
