I voted for Obama today
and so did my husband, my daughter, my son, my boss, my good friend, and 20 co-workers (I took names ). The Obama momentum is alive and well in Hampton Roads , Virginia, can't wait to see the results.

2. Thanks for your first-hand report, fedupinBushcountry!
I'm not ready to celebrate just yet though. I'm reading about GOP voters crossing over to vote for who they think will be easier to beat in the general (HRC). I'm hoping for a :bounce: night for us, but won't start :7 until I hear Obama won!

3. GOBAMA!
How had the voter turnout been when you voted? I'm going to flip on the Norfolk news here in a few minutes and see what they have to say.

Thank you (and your family, friends and co-workers) for doing your part. :patriot:

4. Our news sucks

But at my polling place I did take a peak at the numbers and so did my son and my daughter at theirs, in fact each of them called me to ask if I voted yet, LOL. So it looks like a pretty good turnout for a primary and Dems are coming out more then Repubs. My son said 40 people were in line this morning for the Dem voting 2 for Repub. My daughter said 420 had voted when she got at her polling place at 10 a.m.

Polls close in 1 hour and 4 minutes here in Virginia.

7. According to TPM, there was heavy turnout for the Potomac primaries:
And then Josh added, it may be a long night to find out ..... the results of the GOP primary (I can imagine the Christian Right in VB going for the Huckster).
