It all depends upon what the meaning of the word 'war' is .,.... |

You have to watch the way these people use the word 'war.'
IF a surgical strike inside Iran using bunker buster mini nukes is not a 'war' then what would it be?
I hope Gates is telling the truth, I fear he is parsing his words very carefully....
