If so, do all the states have Super Delegates who will go to the Democratic Convention?

My understanding is that all superdelegates go to the convention, just like regular delegates - there just aren't nearly as many superdelegates.

mainly elected officials and other "distinguished" Democrats. Four years ago Walter Mondale was one of Minnesota's "super" delegates.
The status quo must be protected.
