What was the context of the B. Clinton's "I can't make her younger, taller, male" comment?

All I've seen is video where it picks up right at the beginning of the comment. What was the discussion about and what was he responding to immediately before his comment?

I guess I'm still not gettin the context, sorry. When the preceding comment is edited out, it always make me think that the "strange comment" probably wasn't so strange in context.

4. I don't know, but my guess is that we can't always have everything

we want in ONE candidate. Some don't like Hillary because she's a woman, some because she's older than they would like, and some because she's short and people say the tallest candidate always wins. Some things just can't be changed!
