Cuz they were polls - done by or for the M$M ... get over it already. People f*ck with polls all the time and/or the polls are sloppy/skewed to begin with. After all, we're not Europe, for goodness sake. Maybe in a few thousand years, we might get there. But, as of now, we're just a wanna-be democracy under the thumb of plutocrats and religious zealots.

With an expert or two coming on to say that there were caveats offered with every single set of sttistics, but that the commentators and news people did not bother to reflect on the advisory notices.

Whether that is the way it was or not (I mean, I don't doubt that even Keith could be played)
