from too many sighs, to a scream, to a pair of dewey eyes. . . |

We are a fairly fickle lot in choosing our candidates when it comes down to it.
It should be enough to make us all eschew the incessant punditry and endless presidential speculation.
Just sayin'

My sense is that the unwritten story is along the lines of "entertainment fascination." The breakout story any one day could be the type you listed--or Britney/Paris/LarryBurkhead putting on one of their displays.
Sighhhhhhhh.

2. Yeah I don't really want to be right about this |

but should we believe the punditry about the superficiality of that which we make our choices?
That's about as mind numbing as the whole concept of *'s alleged electability based on people wanting to have a beer with a guy who supposedly didn't drink anymore.
How can entire lifetimes of public service be ended or transformed by such silliness.
Is it just because the punditry tells us so or are we really that fickle or is it a combo of the two?
