1. Claim that you are an auto mechanic and offer free inspections.
2. After an inspection, claim that a vehicle is a danger to everyone on the road.
3. Repaint the vehicle and charge a lot.
4. Repeat the above process to obtain a steady flow of customers.
5. If a new prospective customer has any doubts, introduce someone who was already a customer and ask, "Do you dare suggest that this fine person's vehicle was repainted in vain?"
6. Later you can admit that the vehicles weren't a danger to people on the road. However, you should insist that you would have repainted them anyway because, in your opinion, they needed to be repainted.
