For those of you following this issue, I just heard on the radio that the judge ruled in favor of the NV Democratic Party allowing the at large caucus sites for Culinary Unions to remain as planned in the LV casinos. That's potentially a big boost for Obama, and a loss for Clinton.

The lawsuit brought by a Nevada teacher’s union questioning the legitimacy of casinos being used as caucus sites goes before a judge today. Jesse Russell reports:
In March of 2007, Democratic presidential campaigns representatives and party officials met to determine how best to set up Nevada's caucus sites so they could accommodate the thousands of employees who work in downtown Las Vegas on Saturdays. The agreement allows for shift workers within two and a half miles of the Vegas Strip to attend caucuses being held at casinos in the area. Two days after the Culinary Workers endorsed Senator Barack Obama and more than nine months after the rules were agreed upon, the Nevada State Teachers Union filed a lawsuit questioning the legitimacy of the at-large voting precincts. The union argues that workers in other areas should be allowed the same right to vote at precincts near where they work and that it is an issue of fairness. The Culinary Workers have accused the NSEA of contesting the caucus locations because members of the NSEA leadership support Senator Hillary Clinton. The NSEA has not endorsed any candidate, although some of the union’s top leaders have publicly endorsed Clinton. The Nevada caucus will be held on Saturday at noon.
