7. Sure, why not? What makes you think it is so crazy? Lieberman is not as bad as many on DU claim....
especially compared to Obama's penchant for embracing the RW.

8. well, for one thing, Lieberman is campaigning for McCain
and Lieberman says that McCain is the only candidate that asked for him to campaign. This is a conjecture out of the OP's ass.

It is remotely possible that if McCain drops out, Lieberman would endorse Obama. But there is no reason to assume that.

10. sure, whatever
IMO, "unlikely but remotely possible" isn't equivalent to "a real possibility"

If it looks like Obama is certain to win, I suppose Lieberman might jump on board (like a rat not abandoning the only non sinking ship), but I don't see why that counts either for or against Obama.

but obviously you are trying to make some point that is over my head.

19. No, I just think that Lieberman will campaign for Obama. In the primaries
if John McCain drops out and in the GE against Huckabee and maybe Romney.
ie - of the Democrats, Lieberman would definitely prefer Obama as well as over most Republicans.

24. What would make you think that?
Other than, of course, wanting to smear a candidate not yours.

16. If Obama is the nominee and picks someone other than Lieberman as his runningmate
you will change your avatar and signature to whatever I want. Nothing that will get you banned, but it will probably have something to do with the worst candidate running right now, triangulatin' Hil.
If Obama is the nominee and picks Lieberman as his runningmate, I will change my avatar and signature to whatever you want, as long as it isn't something that will get me banned.

The avatar change lasts for 1 year. Deal?

The good thing for you is, I doubt he will be the nominee. Hillary's Karl Rove, Bill, is doing everything he can to see to that. But that is another story.

campaign for Obama. Vast difference.

26. Lieberman is not as bad as "many on DU claim"?????
He wouldn't accept what the judgement of the dems of his state in a primary. He has embraced and endorsed McCain. I think he's just as bad as many on DU claim.

25. Actually, speculation is that he will be on a McCain ticket
afterall that is who he's supporting. He would not support someone who wants to get us out of Iraq.

6. Actually, there's some speculation that McCain might
ask Lieberman to be his running mate. Wouldn't that be rich? He'd manage to piss off repukes who think Holy Joe's a Dem and Dems who know he's a repuke.

I'm all for it. McCain/Lieberman 2008.
