Direct quote by the smiling Condi as she talks about their 18 year relationship where as young 30 somethings after the "peaceful collapse of the Soviet Union" and the "Berlin Wall falling" she says:
"those were heady times where we had the World by the Tail.."

She said that Nick Burns is her friend and will always be her friend. It seemed very emotional but she smiled her way through it like a Dictator. UGH...
