My first Paultard today. Asked him if any of the writings from the newsletter meant anything to him at all...he had the date range of the publication memorized and said he was 'reviewing' them and was considering if it was a 'significant' issue.

We pick up the conversation:

PC: So you're going to decide if racist and other generally-offensive material written under the gentleman's name for years is significant? If I call you a dope, is that 'significant', or will you need to review that for a while?

Paultard: Well, that would be personal - this is political science...

PC: So the Holocaust was political science, not 'personal' and thus not necessarily relevant in our judgement of Hitler.

Paultard: Great debating technique - compare Paul to Hitler?

PC: If the shoe fits...at what point do we draw the line in this country anymore?

Paultard: I want to shrink the Federal Government...Social Security is a Ponzi scheme...etc.

PC: Well, I certainly think you should shrink the size of the Federal Government...how about we start by getting rid of all the Republicans in Congress and double the size of the Congressional Districts. that'd make things a lot easier for ME...and after all aren't I the most important person who ever lived? Which aspects do you want to shrink...the folks who actually took care of the flood victims of Katrina, the FBI, the ATF...what?

Paultard: First step is to legalize all illicit drugs.

PC: Really...ever dispense a narcotic? did you ever see what it can do to an individual let alone a populus? Bad idea my friend. now hang on this is only gonna hurt for 10 minu...I mean seconds...

He wants government out of anything (btw, just guessing, but I bet he's nowhere near retirement age or he'd not be cheering the destruction of Social Security), especially drugs.
