5. we'll get it just before the (s)elections in Nov.

first the plan has to pass Congress, and since it doeesn't involve baseball and sterioids it will be awhile before they vote on it.

then there's the inevitable republic stonewalling because they want to give the money to their buddies at the top, and trickle down on the rest of us

next bush will threaten to veto it because of some stupid reason

this will be followed by the dems apologizing and bending over

so it will be June before it hits bush's desk

then the treasury has to write/print the blah-blah not a mistake you are really getting a check from us letter - which will have lots of mistakes/misinformation

this will take us through bush's august vacation

so sometime in october the checks will actually be printed and mailed
