With a strong finish up to Midnight Tonight, this could be an impressive haul....

AND ALL ARE LIKELY BEING MATCHED!!!!!

No way of telling, since donations are coming from all over the place. But I'm sure we'll hear from Edwards' campaign if the total is anywhere near $7 Mil.

I am excited to hear the numbers!

I think I'll write in also. I like to emphasize the grassroots aspect, as you do; and secondly that the inspiration for this fund raising campaign was simply trying to get media attention for an overlooked/ignored candidate.

The money raised is great of course, but an event that causes mainstream media to take notice and do real reporting on John Edwards - that is the desired result.
