Curious. Who would you send to jail among your neighbors?

There seems to be many here who would love to have the power to condemn. Even execute.

That frightens me.

I am a pacifist, so you can come to my home and kill me eith little retribution from my part. However, since we invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, I have been increasingly curious as to who Americans want dead and in jail.

There are people who have been convicted of sexual crimes in FL. They served their terms and then were forced to live under bridges past those terms. Granted, many of these folks are first rate assholes, but what about the one guy that isn't?


I like the Dem party because it has always seemed to look out for the little person. Have the corporations paid you off to the point that we only care about what you tell us we should care about anymore?

1. Ummm... the ones who steal or commit violent crimes, maybe?

I'm not for capital punishment, but am all for incarcerating people who terrorize their communities.

I suppose really big-time hard-drug dealers ought to be in the clink too, although putting people in jail for pot or for possession of small amounts of drugs seems counterproductive.



I don't personally want "the power to condemn" that's waht the jury system is supposed to be for.


The fact that the democratic party is supposed to look out for the little guy includes protecting the little guy from criminals, IMO.
