Seems like alot of DUers have loved ones serving in Iraq. Why don't we have a forum where |
|
we can all help our fellow DUers by being able to send small care packages to them? I don't have much money, but would be happy to send items periodically to them.
We are against this war, but not against those serving there. Wouldn't this help to unite us and help out at the same time? I know the soldiers love receiving mail and certainly can use specific items.
What do you guys think? Skinner?

1. I think taking them out of the most popular fourm would result in their being less visible. |

2. Why couldn't there be periodic links posted in GD and Veterans? |
|
I think it is a pretty good idea, personally.
For I have been on the other end and I know how much of a difference even the smalleest gestures can make.

3. Sorry, I meant in ADDITION to anything they're doing now. They'd be able to give us |
|
their loved one's name and address and a list of things they like etc so we can send them things and cards. Also let them know we're part of their loved one's DU family.
