OWWW! Olbermann Just RIPPED Tweety A New One!
After a surrogate debate where some nobody state senator from Texas couldn't name a legislative accomplishment for Obama, Tweety came back clearly thinking he had a "Gotcha!" moment -- only to have Olbemann shut him up by asking, "Name a legislative accomplishment made by the U.S. Senate in the last seven years."

There was LAUGHTER at the question, and LAUGHTER at Tweety's silence. Tweety wanted to kill him.

I'm sure CROOKS AND LIARS and company will have it, but it was NASTY!

Tweety is just a bunch of spittle with box-blonde hair.

It becomes more and more obvious all the time.

Esp. to Tweety.

18. Tweety Did Make This Texas State Senator Look Bad And You Got To......
believe that the HRC campaign will pick up on this and either point it out or use it in some negative way against Obama and his supporters. Obama supporters need to be prepared for that question that Tweety was asking - "Name a legislative accomplishment of Obama's?" Or "Name Obama's legislative accomplishments?"

Be prepared - the old Boy Scout Motto is in play here. Need to get a good answer ready for the onslaught.

21. If legislative record was important, Joe Biden would be our nominee.
What legislative record did JFK have when he won the 1960 nomination? Do people really care about that when we elect a President? I fully expect Obama, or any Democratic nominee, to work with Congress in shaping the legislation. What the President does is define the big picture and sell the product to the American people. Hillary is a policy wonk, no doubt. I'm sure she'd be deeply involved with the legislation and could craft great legislation. But could she sell it? If she can't sell herself as the best candidate to be POTUS to the Democratic voter, why should we think that she could sell her/our agenda to the general public?

him that it is "campaign coverage" and not his show. Matthews is the biggest frump of all-time.

22. I don't think they got along well before tonight.....
I don't think they'll be friendly after this close. Tweet was ass for that 'gotch' moment and KO made him look foolish at the close. Given this guy's ego, I wonder if they'll be co-anchoring in the future?

26. I'm merely speculating.
I have no idea...but I suspect, given their political bent, that they don't see things the same. I guess if Chris makes KO's Worst Person in the World, we'll have our answer. :-)

25. As much as I enjoy KO
I don't watch the MSNBC election coverage, other than to surf over there to check the numbers

Tweety just plain annoys me too much - the few time I've tried to watch all I do is yell at the TV "Will somebody tell tweety to STFU or slap some duct tape on his mouth"
