Yay for my co-worker, taking management for a spanking! |

Our editor printed something of hers he wasn't supposed to. And tried to get her to take the heat. They meant to give her a disciplinary letter, but tried to do so without a Union rep present. So, she wouldn't accept or meet with them. So, they suspended her for two days for being insubordinate. But, now she's hired a lawyer and her and the union are going after our publisher... HAHAHAHA. Management is going in the fetal position right now and trying to retract.

1. The union's got her back |
|
If she were doing that here in the US, chances are she'd have no union and simply have been fired over the story management had no right to print.
