1. I think we need to because of that weird BBC video.
We all act like it's completely impossible that these people worked with al-Qaeda or somehow were involved, but the Sy Hersch story kinda says that we're dealing with the same kind of people who killed lots of others on 9/11. No one really against al-Qaeda would start funding one of their affiliated organizations. No one.

We know that the fuckers on the other side sold weapons to Iran in the '80s to fund terrorists in South America. We know that they funded the mujahadeen in general, though they did not directly finance Bin Laden.

They lied us into a war that's killed 3,100 people, why is it impossible for them not to lie about or be participants in some way in the killing of fewer Americans on 9/11?

2. Here's what I know for sure - we don't know anything for sure. Psychologists say victims can never
get over the crime against them until their voices are heared. Of course there will be a lot of consipracy about 9/11 - that's because we don't have any answers! Can't we victims at least talk about this in the light?

5. Yes, skepticism is the foundation of this.
The fact that this Administration has lied to us many times before should be taken into consideration.

And even if there is nothing whatsoever wrong with the story forwarded by most people, the intense conspiracy theories about this event should speak to the people being accused of an action.

However, as the accusers it is upon us to prove what we say.

7. Why did the WH not want to investigate?
That in itself should cause a huge amount of concern.

even less radical theories.

And the fact they didn't want the investigation, and then when they testified before it, they did so not under oath is odd indeed!

9. The US Government Funded and trained the predecessors to Al Qaeda
That is a fact.

The military Industrial Congressional complex requires a enemy to continue the funding of the defense industry.

President Bush offered up a new entry for his catalog of “Bushisms” on Thursday, declaring that his administration will “never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people.”

Bush misspoke as he delivered a speech at the signing ceremony for a $417 billion defense spending bill.

“Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we,” Bush said. “They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we.” Aug 5, 2004

28. Well, if I had told you in 2000 at the DNConvention, Bush would "win"
Gore would "lose" and that we would at the very least be lied into a war in Iraq, how would you have responded?

There are a bunch of BS theories, to be sure, however considering the lack of credibility of the people in charge at the time, I wonder if they could somehow have been involved.

Why are we funding Sunni terrorist groups linked to al-Qaeda?

Why has Bin Laden not been captured?

Why is it so impossible to suppose that the same people responsible for lying us into a war that has killed more than 3,000 Americans, also lied about something that killed fewer Americans?

23. There's been a program running on link tv and, I think, FSTV
and maybe the college channels, which has Ray McGovern hosting a four member board with a book dealing with 911. It is not as glittering nor wandering as Loose Change, but deals with the lies and misdirection concerning the faux test procedures that UL is supposed to have carried out on the structural material of the towers.
The interesting central character in that part of the lecture is the guy who was fired from UL for bringing the discrepancy to public attention.

I'm sorry I can't remember names right now although I've watched their production several times.

Well worth seeing as they deal with some of the coverups and obstruction dealt by the 9-11 commission.

If this is too old an familiar, pretend I'm too isolated to stay up with the times.

31. I know, I can count the times I've ever been there on one hand.
To be sure, they're pretty nutty over there, but I don't know if it's so impossible to think people who've killed 3,000 in a war we were lied into could kill fewer people. The motive is obvious, just look at all the sick shit that's happened because of 9/11.

Maybe the conspiracy nuts have gone about it wrong with the controlled demolition theories, but that doesn't mean that there isn't something to the general idea Bush and Company were involved.
