Perhaps a better way to phrase would be traditional Democratic values or principles.
Seems to me that if the leadership in Congress understood and stood up for those, if they honored their fathers and mothers -we wouldn't be having this conversation.
The far right and their sycophants in the corporate media, on the other hand-they probably would.
