Yes, it's good by today's standards, but you were probably spending about $10/week when that sucker was brand new.

at the same time. My old Plymouth does get an average of 20mpg city & hgwy driving. Its a lot better than my 9yr old SUV.

7. I pay a little more for my '08 Civic |

but I probably drive a bit further. I'm thrilled with the 33 MPG I'm getting. I drive a bit less due to extreme efforts to combine trips.

8. As good as most can get, these days |
|
I fill up ($50+) every four or five days, so I guess I'm ponying up about $80 a week. Mr. MG fills up twice a week at $40+ a pop. Glad he got a raise, but guess where it's going.
The sick thing is, when I got my car (Jeep Wrangler) eight years ago, I could fill up for $20. :grr:

My Honda only has a ten? gal. tank but I don't usually drive it that far. I put in $10.00 on Wednesday, after the $5.00 I put in on Apr. 30th ran out but I did a lot of driving last week and this week. Honda's get great mileage usually, especially on the highway!
