Well, I say we let em take one for the team and sit this aid effort out and let them sit until they evolve fins and gills. :sarcasm:

Why not just drop the aid all over the damn place? Or what? Will the mighty army of myanmar crush us? BWAAHAHA! COMMENCE DROPPING COSCO ON THEM! FIRE!

5. And to think Myanmar went ahead and held elections last week
Wonder how many dead bodies they had to walk over to get to the voting polls just to find out that the vote polling place was blown away.

7. my wife's family and our home in Thailand is about 2 miles from the border
The Thais have closed the border fearing millions of refugees

With the rotting bodies and the likelihood of a breakdown of the public health system and the lack of drinkable water it is possible that a Cholera outbreak could cost a million lives.

It continues to rain hard in the area with high velocity monsoon rains and millions of people completely exposed to the elements.

The only hope is that young officers take over the military and have a coup.
