1. That is like choosing what will make you more dead, poison or getting hit by a bus |

3. She's a hawk but she's not conservative |
|
Her voting record is nearly identical to Obama's.

5. That sort of begs the question - what's worse -being a hawk or being conservative? |
|
I would say in this climate being a hawk is a bit more destructive than being a conservative. Bryant Check it out --> http://politicalcomment.blogspot.com

7. Hawks limit their damage to the military and the national debt |
|
while conservatives fuck up everything they touch.
Conservatives are worse, hands down. They're the reason we're in this mess. They are incapable of extricating us from it.

11. I agree that Conservatives are more far reaching |
|
But if the Hawks get their way and we invade Iran or Syria, that would be devastating for this nation - as bad as the conservatoids are on the economy - that would be worse I think.
It's like having pnumonia that effects your whole body versus having cancer of the brain - well either one is bad, but cancer of the brain is worse - even though it doesn't effect the whole body.

Obama supporters have blamed the Clintons for NAFTA, Welfare Reform, the death of Affirmitive Action, etc. I don't see Obama calling to bring back or reverse any of these programs.

In fact, I find both candidates to be flawed.
It's going to be another year that I vote against a horror instead of for someone.

4. Doesn't That Depend on the Definition of Conservative itself? |
|
Today's conservative movement is more of a cultural-political-religious movement. "Conservative" used to mean something quite different before fascists high-jacked it.

10. That's what I used to think. |
|
But small government, privacy rights, fiscal responsibility, minimal taxation, the rule of law, conservation... Dems are far better in these areas, aren't they?

12. This is True... very True |
|
"conservative" just doesn't mean anything in regards to the "right wing" or Republican Party. I think we should use this....
