Mina Carpenter of Townhall.com slams "liberal blogs" on MSNBC |
|
Just watched an interview with Mina Carpenter of Townhall.com in MSNBC's coverage of Mark Madden's reprehensible comments about Sen. Ted Kennedy. Carpenter claimed that although she removes negative comments such as that as soon as possible, some blogs do not, "especially liberal ones". The interviewer (whoever this brunette woman is) did NOT question that statement at all.
I'm off to MSNBC to complain.

2. OK, I don't pay enough attention to even know the name of the woman who was doing the interview. |

I was only semi-listening until Carpenter started talking about policing "blogs" - since I was a moderator in a different forum I like to keep up on that stuff.
I just spent quite a while on the MSNBC site trying to find out who the MSNBC person was - maybe Nora O'Donnell but I am not sure. And was trying to find out a way to send a message to the person, but at the page with the pics there was no way to contact the people pictured. I joined their online community but looking at the tenor of the messages and the lack of moderation (they do not seem to remove even hateful messages about exterminating a particular political party) I doubt the people on the air would ever see a message directed at them.
I hate it when an online site makes it nearly impossible to send a comment!
