The most powerful revolutions occur in our minds.
It is much easier to send information than it is to send an army.

Reality falls in line with our thoughts, for every action there is a thought that inspired it.

That is not to say that individually we get what we want, it is to say that collectively we do, within the limits of what's physically possible.

It is a mistake to encourage people to take to the streets armed with pitchforks and torches, we should tell them to take to their minds and challenge their thinking.

1. Damn right.
"You say you'll change the constitution
Well, you know
We all want to change your head
You tell me it's the institution
Well, you know
You better free you mind instead..."

3. The institution is fucked, but that's because the heads that created it were fucked.

2. One key being when the switch is made from *narrow* self-interest to...
*enlightened* self-interest as being the primary determiner of one's actions.

That, and the whole group being somewhat lucky.

7. God help me for saying this -
No - the most powerful revolution anywhere near our lifetime happened in the 19th century - the day gunpowder was used effectively on a battlefield. Truly.Mass killing became possible - cheap.

I have no dellusions.

Doesn't mean reason doesn't prevail in the United States. I think.
