We should stay on daylight savings time all year round.

2. Damned dogs are going to get me up too early Monday.
Oh well. Love the buggers anyway.

5:45 a.m., here I come. Ugh.

12. Mine already did on Sunday morning
I could feel three sets of eyes burning a hole in me before I even opened MY eyes.

3. I noticed that. It seems to be getting darker about an hour earlier than it did yesterday

I'd rather stay on Daylight Saving Time all year, too.

8. No! They need to stop mucking around with the clocks
Leave them on Standard Time the year around. It's nice to have light when I go to work for a change.

9. I don't care what the settle on, just stop changing the time twice a year.
It's insane.

10. I was just saying that
I walked one of our dogs and it was eerie and quiet in the dark.

I think the dog was also confused..

11. Except that it is still pitch dark at 8:00 am when kids
and adults rush to school and to work.

At least at 5:00 pm, supposedly when you are driving home you are not in a rush, or less so then you are in the morning. And most school kids are already safe at home - more or less.

14. A disturbing trend
shorter daylight every day! How long can we survive this? If this is not reversed by December 22, I think we're doomed. :p

15. As much as that bugs me ... I HATE it being dark in the morning...
... nothing worse than feeling like its still the middle of the night when the alarm clock is going off ...

My body-clock has always been set to 'rise with the sun' so trying to be at work at 8 AM when its still pitch dark is ... rough.

16. I dread it when I get home tomorrow
and it's almost dark. No more work in the garden, no more walking the dogs after dinner (I live on a very busy street and it's not safe in the dark). I need my outdoor time or I go nuts! Standard time sucks!

17. Man, I miss that hour they take away in the Spring.
So, now that it's 6:30 here in Colorado and pitch black, I'll be taking my butt to bed right after I enter this!

18. I lived over a decade outside DST in Japan
I could never get used to it from the other end -- pink horizons at 4am in the summer. By the time your alarm went off, the sun was blazing and your bedding was a sweatbath.
