I think Bill would make a fine SoS. He has a proven track record of meeting with world leaders and representing our interests. He really helped to get us Latinos out in force for Obama.

Since he has the military experience and would know how to deal with the generals. As you said, Obama has a lot of talent to pick from.

to take that post. However, as SECSTATE he would be dealing with our Admirals and Generals.
