1. My take on these people is that life has
been easy for them. They live in a society where they don't have to cope with being different. And they lack empathy because of it.

I think you make a fine distinction by citing a perceived lack of empathy. Such a variable is often present in sociopathic behaviors.

6. I went to college with a guy like that. Gayer than a tree full of parrots,
but also Church of Christ, so he got married and produced lots of kids in order to throw people off the scent.

Whenever it turned up in the alumni mag that he was about to be a daddy yet again, a friend of mine would remark to me, "That trusty old turkey baster has done it again!"

9. Actually....
The couple on top bothers me more than Mr. Closet Case. I've paid many many thousands of dolalrs in Federal and California State taxes that helped fund their kids schools and helped pay for their kiddie tax credits. And of course they get to file their taxes as married. Ha ha ha!

Can I get a refund? The fact that I've put money in the pockets of these bigots really makes my head explode.

Here's what I'm seeing:

a) I suspect all three because having an unhealthy and negative obsession with homosexuality usually is a classic sign of a closet case.
b) the second guy looks like he's auditioning for a Calvin Klein ad...enough said.

8. And Ken Hutcherson is still a dangerous holocaust revisionist and lunatic.
Yes, no one has ever questioned that there is a veritable ARMY of white gay bashers. No one.

It doesn't excuse lunatics like this:

http://www.theblackman.org/

Special Envoy for the White House per Wikipedia:

On 21 March 2007, Seattle attorney Dave Coffman filed a complaint with the FBI asking them to investigate whether or not Pastor Hutcherson violated federal law by claiming to be a White House "Special Envoy" on a recent trip to Latvia. Hutcherson claims his work and trip were sanctioned by the Bush White House. The trip was the centerpiece of a four-day anti-gay "crisis conference" held in Latvia.

Hutcherson claims that the director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives Jay Hein appointed him as a "special envoy" for the Latvia trip, where he appeared with Scott Lively, an opponent of gay civil rights an alleged Holocaust denier who claims that, despite being targeted themselves, homosexuals were the cause of the Holocaust.

Frankly, I think black men should sue this bastard to get "theblackman.org" taken from him. This asshole does not represent black men.

http://www.splcenter.org/intel/intelreport/article.jsp?sid=410

Or is the Southern Poverty Law Center racist for "calling them out"? Do you support the message that black folks should stand side-by-side with Klansmen to fight gay people like Rev. T. J. Graham?

"You are not born that way. It's a choice." A little later, he added that if any Klansmen showed up at his rallies, he'd be "supportive" of their presence there. After all, he said, "This affects their families, too."

Do you stand with the National Black Justice Coalition? Or is anti-gay bigotry always and only to be perceived as a "white only" problem?

37. Race is a total red herring. That was completely my point.
Saying white people are "more important" because there's "more of them" is racist and offensive. Suddenly black folks, latinos, and asians aren't important because if 100% of white people wanted something they could have it because they're a numerical majority?

We need to fight homophobia, anti-latino/anti-immigration violence, asian stereotyping and discrimination, and anti-black oppression in multiple communities at once.

Seriously look at the soon to be convicted vice presidential couple. One thing that can be said in their favor is that they always loved their daughter.

I think it is very very unhealthy to wish "teh gay" on a couple as a curse.

A child is a blessing regardless of sexual orientation.

44. photos of hate?
I read the 2nd link. I did not find anything hateful there. So, in your view somebody who calmly says "I am voting yes on proposition 8" is expressing vile hatred and bigotry. Whereas somebody who responds to that with "I hope their marriages fall apart" or "they are bigots" or "may their children be gay" is not expressing hate. Is that your view?

According to the first video at the 2nd link, domestic partnerships in California already have ALL of the rights and privileges of any other married couple. Is that true? Because if it is then it seems that the only thing gay couples have lost in California with the passage of proposition 8 is the right to have the state call their unions "marriages". If that's true, then all of this sturm und drang is about semantics?

If we are gonna have a battle over semantics, then maybe we should argue about the definition of the word 'hate'. Tell me it is not just about semantics.

Therefore, they're the faces of hatred.

And before you ask: even if it IS an argument of "semantics" they're STILL bigots.
