I started a cable program about climate change

A number of folks fighting coal development in Michigan have been looking for
new ways to do more outreach, so I hit upon the idea of doing variations on my
climate talks as a video on local cable stations.
I have 2 shows in the can, and am sending them out to coal-targeted cities
around the state.
I just put the first one on youtube. The format is basically,
a) climate info (the first one is basics)
b) debunking skeptic points,
c) reviewing alternatives

I'd like some feedback if anyone has some

1. Dumb Question

When you say cable program I imagine it is only local to you. I would love it if it were available to me on my Time Warner in buffalo - is it on my cable as well?

I will subscribe to the youtube in any event.
