How we know there won't be any freepers at the inaugural |
|
According to a thread that made the DUzys, the Metro Transit Authority of Washington, DC, plans to close all its restrooms and place 146 portable toilets near transit stations. Freepers work on a four portapotty per freeper ratio, not the 6000 person per portapotty ratio the Transit Authority's using.
So go confidently to the inaugural, safe in the assurance the number of anti-Obama protesters will be next to none.

When the freepers schedule rallies, they always vastly overestimate the turnout. So, to get their permits, they have to supply enough portapotties for the huge crowds they estimate will turn up.
Then, when the usual six people actually turn out, they have lots of portasans to use. Photos of some of their "events" are amazingly humorous. Rows of folding chairs, with half a dozen people sitting in them.
Of course, it all works out, since freepers are so full of crap that they end up filling all of the portacrappers in a couple of hours anyhow.

Loved your post. Would love to see youtube video of various events, played to sad, melancholy music, slow mo as they pan over empty chairs...to rows of portapottys.....to lurking republican pervert trying to spy on portapotty.....with their PR claim in titles over it "crowds of over 5,000 rushed to see Palin!"

6. That'd be funny, for sure. |

There are some photos out there of freeper "events," or "freeps" as they are styled. I don't have links to any of them, though. Somehow, it just never seemed important enough to bother.
I agree, though, that someone, somewhere should probably compile a collection of such things. I've seen some really amusing photos of various freeper indignitaries in action. Maybe that would be a project I could take on, just in case I end up not having any sort of life at some point.

7. I find it helpful to compile a list of things to do when I have no life |
|
First, I can then believe that since I never got any of them done, I must have a life. (oh friend of false logic!) :toast:
Second, I just never know when I might not actually have one or just not like the one I have. Best to be prepared. (conservative freeper attitude duly adopted) :toast:
Ah, WTF...I'm gonna get a drink and think about getting a life. :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast:

3. There are no toilets in the Metro |
|
That's why it's such a clean system and so safe -- no concessions and no bathrooms.
