House Republican Conference Announcement on Bill to Ban Fairness Doctrine |
|
House Republican Conference Announcement on Bill to Ban Fairness Doctrine (January 7, 2009) Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) was joined by Reps. Mike Pence (R-IN) and Greg Walden (R-OR) at a press conference to highlight the introduction of the Broadcaster Freedom Act on the Floor of the U.S. House. The Broacaster Freedom Act would prevent the FCC from implementing the Fairness Doctrine without an act of Congress. Washington, DC : 21 min.
"Broadcaster Freedom Act" -- just to confuse the public a bit more . . . !!!
