|
Edited on Mon Jan-12-09 09:39 AM by JohnnyRingo
"And I'm leaving on a recession" "in between was job growth and prosperity"
Like hell, the economy was booming when he walked onto the stage.
He then went on to mention that he never pulled us out of the recession(?), that he put aside his free market theory to get us out of the recession(?), and that he's incapable of the office. I added that last one, but only because he omitted it.

95. Perhaps the Biggest Lie of All |
|
They started off creating low expectations by LYING about the "recession he inherited". There was no recession!
They were using the definition the analytic school uses for recessionary economies when they entered (they were still wrong about it though), then when the economy got worse they started leaning on the conventional definition.
So, they used one definition to lie about a recession that didn't exist, then used another to lie about how another didn't exist, when it did!
The whole scam was to get people to expect almost nothing good, and then that's exactly what we got for 8 years. GAC

And he couldn't gather the gonads to take a question from Helen.

waste of ectoplasm. I am relying on the comments of the DUers..and they have not disappointed me. It was just what I would have expected. I am a bit disappointed that at his point, there is still not a reporter there who will actually confront him on real issues.

His whole time in office he hasn't been far from a serious breakdown. Hell I bet if the truth was known that the medical experts tasked with taking care of him if they don't have a strait jacket or two in their bag of tricks just for the moment he does blow his top. Just think 8 more days and we're free once again. Free from the lying no good sun-sa-bitttches who are in control now.

he's at the drunken pity party stage. everyday he shows what a miserable piece of crap he is. you know, if they had spent as much time repairing NOLA as they have on this stupid tv change stuff, New Orleans would be restored.

I don't think I've ever seen him this out of it. He knows he screwed the country and perhaps there's a small bit of remorse somewhere deep within the man, perhaps a bit pissed that he's finally realized that he was used by his puppet masters when all he ever wanted was to be king.
So instead of apologizing, he just gets shit-faced drunk and says "yeeeeehawwwwww, cya suckers!"
