5. Riding on the Metro
Park-n-ride parking lots have already filled up and motorists have to drive to parking lots that are "further out" to find a space.

6. It's just after 4 a.m. my time (California) ... D.C. is still dark at 7 a.m.?
I guess it has something to do with the latitude but
that's weird that it's still dark ...
